Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance without being charged. Please note that payments are non-refundable. If you cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice, the amount paid will be credited to your account, and you may use that credit to book another session at a later date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session or no-shows will result in the full session fee being forfeited.
